Leading Care Cosmetics return policy and mechanism:
1. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, it shall be returned within three days from the date of receiving the order.
2. To accept the return, the customer must prove that he used the product with photos and videos recorded before
And after use.
3. The product must be used according to the aforementioned period and the course duration (3 months) should be completed from the date of purchase.
4. It is not possible to return without bringing the empty packages and the purchase invoice.
5. The process of refunding the amount paid is done by bank transfer and the cash refund will not be applied
The shipping value is deducted from it.
6. The product must be used according to the instructions for use mentioned in the package.
7. If the order is canceled after shipment, 50 riyals will be deducted from the value of the shipment
We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that do not meet the above criteria.
